Approve Amendment to Lease Agreement Between the City of Rapid City and Black Hills Sports (Fitzgerald Stadium)
Summary:
The proposed Amendment would authorize Black Hills Sports to sublet the facility, or a portion thereof, under certain conditions. BH Sports will be required to notify the City of any execution of a sublease and the City will have an opportunity to object. The Proposed Amendment was approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board at their October 9th Meeting.
